Alpine's new A525 F1 car made its track debut during a shakedown at the Bahrain International Circuit, with drivers Pierre Gasly and rookie Jack Doohan covering a combined total of 200 kilometers. This initial session was essential for both drivers to acclimate to the new car ahead of the official pre-season testing, set to begin on February 26. Team principal Oliver Oakes expressed pride in the team's efforts and satisfaction with the A525's performance, especially given the challenging weather conditions they encountered.

Gasly, now in his third season with Alpine, noted that the car felt smooth and well-prepared for the upcoming challenges.
