    The segment culminates with Blaney revealing his identity during a staged go-kart outing. The episode blends behind-the-scenes shop access with lighthearted practical jokes and fan interactions, and the appearance surprised some of Blaney’s biggest fans.

    The episode was produced by Range Studios and Ten Till Productions. Executive producers included Mark Herwick, Simon Andreae, Eli Manning, Peyton Manning, Tim Brown, Jamie Horowitz and J.D. Amato, with Amato serving as showrunner. The Undercovers was nominated in the Outstanding Edited Sports Series: Hosted category at the 2026 Sports Emmy Awards.
