MiniSBK to Host Canadian Mission Mini Cup Qualifier
Summary
MotoAmerica is expanding its Mission Mini Cup youth racing program into Canada with a new qualifying round hosted by MiniSBK for the 2026 Mission Mini Cup National Final. The qualifier is scheduled for July 3-4 at Lombardy Raceway in Smith Falls, Ontario, and gives young Canadian riders a local route into the championship program. MotoAmerica said the partnership is meant to give riders another chance to compete against top talent from the U.S. and Canada, while supporting grassroots racing beyond the United States.
The Mission Mini Cup is MotoAmerica’s official youth development ladder for riders ages 6 to 16. Competitors will race in the Stock 50, Stock 110, GP 110, GP 160 and GP 190 classes. Riders who enter the MiniSBK qualifier will receive a one-time 10-point bonus that counts toward National Final qualification and seeding.
The 2026 Mission Mini Cup National Final is set for Aug. 7-9 at Road America’s Briggs & Stratton Motorplex. Honda, Kawasaki and Yamaha will provide contingency support for the Stock 50 and Stock 110 classes.
