Rowland overtakes at Nouvelle Chicane to win Monaco E‑Prix for Nissan

Oliver Rowland won the Monaco E-Prix Race in Monte Carlo, taking Race 2 for Nissan. Starting eighth, Rowland conserved energy early and timed his Attack Mode activations. A late six-minute Attack Mode on Lap 23 gave him the boost to make a decisive pass at the Nouvelle Chicane and cross the line first. The victory was Rowland's first of Season 12 and his second at Monaco in two years.

Stewards assessed a 10-second penalty to Edoardo Mortara for contact on the opening lap, demoting the on-track leader to fifth. Felipe Drugovich was promoted to second for Andretti, recording his maiden Formula E podium, and António Félix da Costa advanced to third for Jaguar after recovering from being punted off at the Nouvelle Chicane. Mitch Evans finished fourth and left Monaco atop the drivers' standings, and Rowland moved up to second overall.

The Race featured multiple incidents and stewarding decisions that reshaped the result. Pole-sitter Dan Ticktum fell to 14th after delaying an Attack Mode activation and received a five-second speeding-under-yellow penalty. Taylor Barnard's crash brought out a full-course yellow, and a separate collision trapped Pepe Martí and forced his retirement under the FCY. Jake Dennis finished sixth, Nico Müller seventh, Joel Eriksson eighth, Nyck de Vries ninth despite a broken front nose cone, and Lucas di Grassi tenth. Teams said energy management and Attack Mode timing proved decisive as the series now visits Sanya for Round 11 on June 20.
