Alessandro Alunni Bravi Joins McLaren Leadership Team

Alessandro Alunni Bravi has been appointed as McLaren's new chief business affairs officer, effective February 1, 2025. Transitioning from his previous role at Sauber, where he served as managing director and team representative, he will take charge of several key areas, including driver development, legal affairs, and contract management. Bravi will report directly to McLaren CEO Zak Brown, who expressed enthusiasm for his extensive motorsport experience and contributions.

Alongside Bravi's appointment, McLaren also announced management changes. Stephanie Carlin will shift her responsibilities within the Formula 1 framework, while chief communications officer Steve Atkins is set to depart from the team at the end of February due to personal reasons. Bravi, a lifelong fan of McLaren, conveyed his excitement about joining the team and underscored the importance of teamwork in driving future success.
