Ferrari Dominates US Grand Prix Practice Session

Lewis Hamilton and George Russell of Mercedes struggled with the upgraded W15 car, with Hamilton spinning off the track and Russell spinning at Turn 1. Max Verstappen and Lando Norris finished the US Grand Prix practice session in third and fourth places, respectively. Verstappen leads Norris by 52 points in the drivers' championship. Carlos Sainz set the fastest time in the first practice session for the 2024 United States Grand Prix, with Ferrari claiming a 1-2 finish ahead of Red Bull. Sainz's time of 1:33.602 was 0.021 seconds faster than Charles Leclerc, with Max Verstappen third for Red Bull.
