Gasly Disqualified from Azerbaijan GP Qualifying

Pierre Gasly, the Alpine F1 driver, has been disqualified from qualifying at the Azerbaijan Grand Prix due to a breach of the fuel flow limit. He initially qualified 13th on the grid, but the stewards determined that his car exceeded the instantaneous fuel mass flow limit, resulting in his disqualification.

The incident violated Article 5.2.3 of the 2024 Formula One Technical Regulations, and the matter was referred to the stewards for further evaluation. As a result, Gasly will start the race from the back of the field, a significant setback for his chances in the competition.
