Max Verstappen has been voted as the top driver for the 2024 F1 season by all team principals, achieving a total of 250 points and marking his fourth consecutive win of this accolade. His performance was recognized even as challenges emerged for Red Bull, yet he still secured his fourth championship through a mix of early-season triumphs and tactical racing. Lando Norris and Charles Leclerc followed closely, finishing in second and third places respectively, both showing notable improvements from their 2023 rankings.

Oscar Piastri emerged as the biggest mover, climbing to fourth, while Lewis Hamilton fell to seventh in the standings. Fernando Alonso faced the most significant drop, falling from second to ninth. The overall rankings revealed a dynamic shift among drivers, with Carlos Sainz, George Russell, Nico Hulkenberg, and Pierre Gasly rounding out the top ten. This year’s poll was particularly noteworthy as it marked the first instance of a driver achieving a perfect score, testament to Verstappen's exceptional season.
