Darren Leung Joins United Autosports for WEC

Darren Leung, the 2023 British GT champion, is set to join United Autosports for the 2025 FIA World Endurance Championship (WEC) season, competing in the LMGT3 category. Transitioning from Team WRT, Leung will co-drive the #95 McLaren 720S LMGT3 EVO alongside Marino Sato, with an additional driver to be confirmed later. The 37-year-old Bronze driver shared his enthusiasm for the opportunity and expressed pride in representing a Yorkshire-based team, emphasizing the importance of United Autosports' commitment to the championship.

Having already made a mark in his first WEC season in 2024, where he fought for the LMGT3 title, Leung's arrival at United Autosports is seen as a significant asset. The WEC season kicks off with the Qatar 1812KM race on February 28, 2025, marking a new chapter in Leung's promising career.
