Haas Factory Team Reveals Major 2025 Changes

Haas Factory Team (HFT) has unveiled its organizational lineup for the 2025 NASCAR season, implementing significant changes within its Xfinity and Cup teams. Jason Trinchere is set to take the helm as crew chief for Sam Mayer in the No. 41 program, bringing valuable insights from his previous experience in both the Xfinity and Truck series. Meanwhile, Jonathon Toney will remain with the No. 00 team, now joined by new driver Sheldon Creed, continuing his successful tenure after leading Cole Custer to a championship in 2023.

In addition to crew chief appointments, HFT has introduced new competition directors, with Nick Sandler overseeing the Cup program and Adam Gravitt managing Xfinity operations. Both Sandler and Gravitt boast extensive backgrounds in NASCAR, which aims to bolster the organization’s competitive stamina for the upcoming season. As Trinchere prepares for his first race as crew chief, it will mark a notable milestone, being his 100th start in the Xfinity Series.
