Márquez Shines in Pre-Season MotoGP Preparations

Marc Márquez has made a noteworthy return to the track, participating in practice sessions at the Aspar Circuit in Guadassuar, shortly after the Ducati Lenovo team's official launch. He was joined by illustrious riders, including reigning world champion Jorge Martin and his brother, Alex Márquez, emphasizing the significant winter test preparation leading up to the MotoGP season. The Aspar Circuit has emerged as a favored training ground for various MotoGP participants, including newcomers from lower classes like Moto2's Daniel Holgado and Moto3's Máximo Quiles.

As the first official MotoGP winter tests are scheduled for February 5-7 at the Sepang circuit in Malaysia, several prominent stars—including Márquez, Fabio Quartararo, and Joan Mir—have been honing their skills at the Aspar Circuit in Spain. Márquez notably achieved impressive lap times on a Ducati Panigale V2, tying the track's lap record. In addition to this bustling activity, pre-season preparations will also see factory Yamaha and Honda teams launching their 2025 seasons in Kuala Lumpur and Jakarta. Over the past weeks, more than 20 riders utilized the state-of-the-art facilities of the Aspar Circuit to prepare for the World Championship's start on March 2 in Thailand. Aspar Circuit Director Julio García expressed pride in hosting such high-caliber riders, reinforcing the circuit's reputation as a premier training venue in the world of motorcycling.
