Di Giannantonio Optimistic About MotoGP Comeback

Fabio Di Giannantonio, a rider for the Pertamina VR46 Ducati team, is making a promising return to MotoGP following extensive reconstructive shoulder surgery. After suffering a dislocated shoulder during a crash in August 2024, he chose to continue racing until the end of the season, which allowed him to minimize missed races and adequately prepare for his recovery. Now, with his shoulder feeling "like new," Di Giannantonio reports being 80-90% fit and is optimistic about the upcoming challenges on track.

As he gears up for the Official Sepang Test, which runs from Wednesday to Friday, Di Giannantonio is excited to test the new Ducati GP25 bike, highlighting his eagerness to evaluate its components without preconceived notions. This transition marks a new chapter in his career, as he will be competing with factory support, enabling him to utilize state-of-the-art machinery alongside some of the sport's top riders.
