Lorenzo Savadori Extends Role with Aprilia Racing

Lorenzo Savadori has officially extended his role as the test rider for Aprilia Racing, covering the 2025 and 2026 MotoGP seasons. His long-standing affiliation with the Aprilia project began in 2015, and he has been instrumental in the development of the RS-GP motorcycle. With his renewed contract, Savadori will not only participate in official testing programs but also take part in selected Grands Prix as a wildcard entry.

Expressing enthusiasm for the ongoing collaboration, Savadori emphasized the team's consistent growth and dedication to enhancing the RS-GP's performance. Massimo Rivola, Aprilia Racing's CEO, acknowledged Savadori's pivotal role as the team integrates new riders, Marco Bezzecchi and Jorge Martin, into their lineup. This extension of Savadori's contract underscores his importance to Aprilia's strategy, particularly amid significant changes in the factory team as they look to build upon their successes in the coming seasons.
