Jak Crawford Debuts in Rookie Session at Jeddah

Jak Crawford, a 19-year-old American driver, will participate in the rookie free practice session for Andretti at the Jeddah E-Prix, experiencing the new GEN3 Evo model for the first time. Following an impressive debut at the Berlin Rookie Test, where he secured the second-fastest time, Crawford aims to gather essential data to enhance the team's performance ahead of the race weekend. Andretti's Team Principal, Roger Griffiths, emphasized the significance of this opportunity for understanding the car and preparing for future races. This marks the first rookie session held outside of Italy.

Joining Crawford, Thomas Preining will rejoin Porsche, bringing valuable experience from his previous seasons and a successful stint in the 2023 DTM Championship. Preining will be making his third appearance in rookie practice, eager to contribute to the team's data collection. The Jeddah E-Prix, scheduled for February 14 and 15, 2025, will be the first double-header event in the GEN3 Evo era.
